The Performance Matrix is an online movement screening tool for physiotherapists and exercise professionals that can help to manage movement control in relation to performance and risk of injury and re-injury.

By evaluating movement control and core strength in functional movements, The Performance Matrix system identifies uncontrolled movement (weak links) and creates an individual client profile which can be reviewed to monitor and progress retraining programmes.
